Our Philosophy

At ROUX, we believe that food should be more than just fuel for the body - it should be an experience. That's why we put so much care and attention into every dish we serve. When we prepare our dishes we strive to create a culinary experience that will leave a lasting impression.

Our Chef

Over 35 years of experience in the food & beverage industry. Trained in some of the world's finest restaurants before deciding to strike out on his own with ROUX. Cajun/Creole seafood dishes, smash burgers, popcorn chicken and waffle cones and the Touche' Davide' are a few fan favorites. His passion for food is evident in every dish he creates, and he loves nothing more than seeing the joy on the customers' faces.
